As Cross-border Returns Manager you will be working for the Asendia Group as a member of the Global Accounts Solutions Team in the Customer Solutions & Operational Department. You will be the main person managing daily operational issues relating to returns and be accountable for their operational, service level and commercial performance and you will be managing the intercontinental return flows covering three main areas. The development, performance and maintenance of each existing returns center (RC), ensuring the in/out flow of returns in an efficient manner, maximising performance against pre-agreed targets and control per client. CrossWork alongside export customs brokers to ensure the sufficient and cost-effective movement of freight from origin country to destination country. On the import side, work with import customs brokers and suppliers to move returns back to each client as per the agreed SOPs and SLAs. Partner with the Customs Solutions team to develop new returns solutions for both existing and new clients.
